    Welcome to DancaPath. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DancaPath website, software, and services (“Services”). Please read them carefully before using our platform. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

  • We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or attorney referrals. Communications with DancaPath are not protected by attorney-client privilege. If you require legal advice, you should consult a licensed attorney.

  • By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into binding contracts. You further represent that you are either acting on your own behalf or as an authorized representative of a business entity.

  • DancaPath offers the following Services as part of our service platform:

    • State Trademark Registration (preparation & filing)

    • Free Trademark Search (non-comprehensive)

    • Project support during the application process

    • Optional ongoing services (monitoring, renewal)

    Our services are designed to help you file marks at the state level and provide updates until the state issues a decision. Additional classes beyond the included class will incur extra charges.

  • What’s included in each package?

    • Starter: File 1 mark + 1 class (per state) at $45 + state fee. Includes state trademark filing, certificate, initial state-level search, and coordinator/filer guidance.

    • Standard: Same filing (1 mark + 1 class) + Priority follow-up support, weekly status updates, and a 30-minute brand strategy session. Additional classes are available at +$45 each.

    • Premium: All Standard features, plus use-case support & classification strategy, and a dedicated project manager. Still priced for 1 mark + 1 class; additional classes at +$45 each.

  • No. Our package prices cover only our services. State filing fees are billed separately because they vary by state and may change over time. After you complete checkout and select your package, our billing team will send you a secure email link to pay the applicable state filing fees directly. This ensures accuracy and transparency, since we do not control state fee adjustments.

  • You agree to:

    • Provide complete and accurate information in the intake process.

    • Review all information carefully before submission.

    • Acknowledge that errors in the information you provide (e.g., wrong name, incorrect class) are your responsibility and may require a new application at your expense.

    • If you select additional classes, you are responsible for ensuring that class descriptions match your intended goods/services.

    • All DancaPath service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. State filing fees are also non-refundable once paid to the state.

      Guarantee for correction: If DancaPath makes a documented error in preparing or filing your application (based on the data you supplied), we will correct and refile at no additional service cost (subject to Guarantee terms).

      This Guarantee does not cover:

      • Errors or omissions in the information you provide (e.g. wrong mark description, incorrect class, misentered details)

      • Rejections or denials by state offices due to mark conflicts, descriptiveness, procedural rules, or state law issues

      • Delays, procedural rejections, or decisions beyond DancaPath’s control

      • Any requirement to refile under a new package due to your error

    • All initial contact should be initiated through our website form or the provided contact email.

    • Once you purchase a package, you will be assigned an Account Manager who will communicate via email.

    • The Account Manager aims to respond and provide updates within 2–3 business days.

    • Depending on your package, you may receive strategy consultations or classification advice (see package details)

  • All content, branding, and software on the DancaPath website are the exclusive property of DancaPath LLC. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, DancaPath’s liability is capped at the amount of service fees you paid (excluding state filing fees).
    DancaPath is not liable for:

    • Trademark denials, rejections, or procedural issues by state offices

    • Errors arising from your supplied information

    • Business or third-party claims or damages

    • Indirect, incidental, consequential damages

  • DancaPath does not provide legal advice. Our Services are limited to self-service tools, project management, and filing support. If you require legal advice or representation, please consult a qualified attorney.

  • DancaPath reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Services at any time if you violate these Terms.

    Upon termination, all obligations, including non-refundability, survive termination.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
